Cash Refunds totaling $200.00 or more will receive a check issued from The Front Porch within 7 days.
Non-Seasonal Merchandise-In Store
Non-Seasonal Merchandise returned in good order within 14 days of purchase along with the register receipt will be issued a refund to the original tender.
Merchandise returned without the register receipt will be issued a store credit at the lowest selling price of that item—only within 30 days of original purchase date.
After 30 days: NO returns/exchanges. No refunds or exchanges on Clearance merchandise 40% discount or higher.
Seasonal and Holiday Merchandise-In Store
Seasonal/Holiday Merchandise returned in good order within 7 days of purchase and before the holiday along with the register receipt will be issued a refund to the original tender.
Seasonal/Holiday merchandise returned without the register receipt will be issued a store credit at the lowest selling price of that item-- only within 30 days of original purchase date.
After 30 days: NO returns/exchanges.
No refunds or exchanges on Clearance merchandise 40% discount or higher.
Seasonal/Holiday merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday.
Floral Arrangements
Floral Arrangements may be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase if returned intact without any damage and with original tags and receipt.
Custom floral arrangements may not be returned—but we are happy to re-design to your specifications. Our goal is to have you “love” it!
Artists' Items may not be returned/exchanged.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund (less any shipping and handling charges). If you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or alternate product, follow the return procedure below and we will promptly take care of your request.
Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging and contents, and all original tags still attached. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
